Skill-Up Saturday at Growth Avenues: Hosting Ms. Meghna Dangi on Financial Freedom for Women

At Growth Avenues (GA), we run a learning session for our team every two months called Skill-Up Saturday

The idea is simple: keep upgrading our thinking, our skills, and our perspective—by learning from people who’ve spent years mastering their craft.

This time, we had the honour of hosting Ms. Meghna Dangi (MD)—Ex. Professor of Finance at Auro University, Surat, a CA & ICWA, and someone deeply passionate about Behavioural Finance. She is also the author of “The Behaviour Finance Way.” Besides academics, she has the distinction of applying her knowledge in the corporate world and gaining practical experience while working with Mr. Hardik Naik.

Ms. Dangi delivered a remarkably lucid session on “Financial Freedom for Women.” What stood out was not just the topic, but the way she conveyed it. Using sharp, relatable case studies, she highlighted why women’s involvement in personal finance is not optional—it is foundational. The session carried a strong message: financial freedom doesn’t begin with products; it begins with participation, awareness, and behaviour.

What we especially appreciated at Growth Avenues is that her insights strongly echoed our philosophy of behaviour first investing—the belief that the biggest determinant of long-term financial outcomes is not just knowledge, but how individuals behave with money. This approach of behaviour first investment focuses on disciplined decision-making, emotional control, and long-term thinking rather than chasing short-term market movements.

A big thank you to Ms. Meghna Dangi for delivering a session that genuinely touched and upgraded our team.
